Terms

Service: YourQuoteSpace is SaaS for trades and service businesses, providing quotes, a customer space and related features. It is operated by ScalePoint Ventures Oy.

Accounts: Registration information must be accurate. The Owner is responsible for their team's use of the service. Users must keep their credentials secure.

Plans and billing: Subscription plans are billed through Stripe. Amounts and taxes are shown at checkout. VAT is charged where applicable under Finnish and EU rules for the operator.

Tenant content: The customer owns their quote and customer data. YourQuoteSpace processes that data to provide the service. The tenant is responsible for lawful customer communications and quote content.

Acceptable use: Users must not submit unlawful content, abuse the service, or attempt to bypass security or billing controls.

Availability: We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed for V1.

Liability: To the extent permitted by Finnish law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable; the product is oriented to businesses.

Termination: A subscription may be cancelled according to its plan. Account deletion is a soft deletion for 30 days, followed by deletion subject to legal retention requirements; accepted quotes are retained for 6 years.

Governing law: Finnish law applies. Disputes are resolved in Finnish courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
