Roles: For account, billing, security, abuse-prevention and platform operation, ScalePoint Ventures Oy (and Markus Fröhlich as managing director where Finnish law requires) is the controller. For customer, quote, message, file and appointment content of a tenant business, that tenant is the controller and ScalePoint Ventures Oy / YourQuoteSpace acts as processor.

Categories of personal data: account and identity data; billing data; quotes and customer-space content processed on behalf of tenant businesses; technical and security logs; and support messages.

Purposes and legal bases: We process data to provide the SaaS, bill subscriptions, protect security and prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the processing, the legal basis is performance of a contract, legitimate interests or compliance with a legal obligation.

Retention: Accepted quotes are retained for 6 years. Account deletion is a soft deletion for 30 days, followed by deletion of data that is no longer needed. Records subject to a separate legal retention requirement follow that retention schedule.

Subprocessors: V1 uses Supabase for hosting, database, authentication and storage; Stripe for payments and billing; and an email delivery provider.

International transfers: EU/EEA processing is preferred. Any transfer to a third country uses appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
